Private sessions are transformational because we focus on your unique, individual needs. I create a therapeutic session that re-informs your body alignment with hands on adjustments for immediate insight, relief and restoration.

Private sessions include adjustments to reorient the body to release habitually held tension in the muscular tissues. We will focus on strengthening areas of weakness and underuse while also finding active flexibility and range of motion. These sessions create a more balanced abode to live in and bring ease in the tissues, space in the joints and mental clarity.

Together, we will develop better conditions that allow the body to heal itself.

My studio is in Sunset Valley / WestGate area of Austin, TX. Commuting adds an additional $20 fee.

After you complete an assessment with me, I will create a customized program that includes both private 1-1 instruction and five video on-demand exercises for your unique body, injuries and goals. Using tools I’ve learned from 20 years as a movement practitioner, I’ll offer guidance to support you with reducing pain and creating more functional mobility, strength and flexibility in your body plus somatic awareness tools.
